No.1 Family Estate, which was established in 1997, is a family-owned boutique winery dedicated to producing world-class sparkling wines from Marlborough using traditional methods.
With generations of winemaking experience, owner and winemaker Daniel Le Brun crafts his wines using the same traditional method that his family began in Champagne in 1684 and has perfected over at least 12 generations.
No.1 Family Estate honors tradition and quality and strives for perfection in every bottle. Cuvée No.1 Blanc de Blancs NV was the first traditional method wine released in Marlborough in 1999 and remains its most recognizable example to this day.
