My name is Pavlos Trilyrakis, and I am a Level 4 Diploma sommelier (WSET) and Level 3 Sake specialist. I travel the globe in search of singular terroirs and producers who dare to break the mold. INU is a passion project—small by design, uncompromising in quality.
